Electronic Forms Process

An eForm-Connect® customer uploads the electronic file(s) of the form(s) to be computerized. These can be Word, PDF, WordPerfect or any other commercial or public domain file format.



LimaCorp acknowledges receipt of the uploaded files and provides an estimate (free of charge) for the production of a customized eForm-Connect® package. Within 1 business day, after the initial estimate is delivered, a work order will be developed. Our analysts evaluate your form's functions, and correspond directly with you to make sure:

  1. each field to be filled out on your form has been identified;
  2. standard field computations and validations have been verified;
  3. we have recommended or inquired about further, more complex field/form computations, validations, pre-fill criteria, etc.

When the work order is finalized and payment is received, production begins on your customized eForm-Connect® package.

Once production is complete, the customized eForm-Connect® package is delivered to the customer through an automatic, web-based download and installation process.



After delivery, the customer then begins a 30-day beta testing period. LimaCorp, LLC provides a 50% money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied with their eForm-Connect® package within 30 days.

At the conclusion of a successful beta testing period, LimaCorp, LLC will contact the customer and provide them with the contact information for their own support analyst.
